Shahi Eidgah:
Around 2 Km. southeast of sylhet, lies the shahi eidgah on the top of a small valley. It is one of the ancient Eidgah in Bangladesh. It was built by Mughal Emperor Aurangazeb in the 17th centuary It's
spectacular and dazzling views mesmerized all visiting pilgrimes. At a time, over 1,50,000 pilgrims can offer their prayer in this Eidgah. It's historical significance is enormous. On 1782, sayed Mohammed hadi & sayed Md. mahadi, two brothers fought against English ruler and thereby become martydom. Beside, some distinguished political personal of this sub-continent visited this places.
