Aim of the Course: To gether skills to be able to prepare tour itinerary and airline booking through GDS/CRS
Course Name: Certificate Course on Reservation
Duration: 42 Hours (Starting from any Saturday (10:00 am to 05:00 pm) to Thursday
Minimum Qualification: A Level or HSC
Admission Fee: BDT 10000 (Ten Thousand)

3) Certificate Course on fares and ticketing
Target group: Travel agents, tour operators, and airlines employees
Aim of the Course: to gather skills to be able to construct different fares for different customer through GDS/CRS. to be able to understand fare rules and its application. to be able to quote error free fares and avoid any ADM (agency debit memo). to be able to understand all aspects of ticketing
Minimum Qualification: HSC or A level
Course Fee: Tk. 10000 (Ten thousand)
Duration of course: 36 hours
Distributor of class: starting from any Sunday for nonstop 5 days from 1000 hours till 1700 hours
4) Certificate course on sales techniques & customer care
Target group: Travel agent, tour operators, and Airlines & Hotel employees
Aim of the course: To acquire knowledge about tourism and hospitality industry as a service product. To understand salesmanship. To gather effective skills for sales and customer care in travel and tourism. To achieve techniques to promote sales. To improve communication skills. To gain skills for handling customer complaint
