It is an epitome of the nations rich cultural heritage. It is the home of the Nawab of Dhaka and a silent spectator to many events.Todays renovated Ahsan Manzil is a monument of immense historical beauty. It has 31 rooms with a huge dome atop which can be seen from miles around. It now has 24 galleries in 31 rooms displaying portraits, furniture and household articles and utensils used by the Nawab.

Summer (April to September)
Saturday to Wednesday : 10:30 to 5:30
Friday: 3:00 to 7:30 PM

Winter (October to march)
Saturday to Wednesday : 9:30 to 4:30
Friday: 2:30 to 7:30 PM

Thursday Weekly Holiday
Museum will remain closed on Govt. Holiday
No body should stay in the premises after working hours

2) Children Under 12 Years - Tk 2/= (Two)
3) Visitors within SAARC Countries - Tk. 20/= (Twenty)
4) Visitors of others foreign countries tk 100/= (One Hundred)
5) Ticket is not Required for disabled
6) Guide book on Ahsan manzil Museum is available - Price Tk. 20 (twenty)
